Pastor David joined the Gibbsville staff in October of 2016
David was born and raised in Wisconsin! As a Senior Pastor for almost 20 years, he loves meeting new people and inspiring others to grow in their faith. When David is not busy serving in church he is an enthusiastic sports fan, news junkie and pick-up basketball player. He also fixes his own breaks. He is married to his amazing wife, Amber, and they have two wonderful sons ~ Caleb and Joab. David earned a Doctorate of Ministry and a Master of Divinity from Covenant Seminary.

Tiffany Bimmel
Director of Student Ministries
Tiffany (Tiff) joined the Gibbsville staff in November of 2023.
TIff was born and raised here in Gibbsville. She met the love of her life Paul in Gibbsville's Young Adult Ministry. They have 5 very busy kids Gage, Link, Waverly, Fairren, and Brixton. Tiff is very energetic and passionate about Jesus, Ministry, Youth, Sports, and any combination of those. She owns her own salon where she works part-time. Tiff also coaches volleyball at Oostburg High School and Middle School. If you can't find Tiff at church she is probably running around to watch one of her kids play one of the many sports they are involved in, Where she is most often the loudest cheerleader. After a decade of volunteering as a youth leader, Tiff is excited to be an official part of the staff.

Conner Verduzco
Student Ministry Intern
Conner joined the Gibbsville staff in August of 2022
Conner was born and raised in Oostburg, Wisconsin. Growing up, he loved going to youth group and was involved in several within the community before he began his internship at Gibbsville Church. His role involves working with our middle and high school students in The Well Student Ministries. Conner’s energy and outgoing personality light up any room, and he is passionate about sharing his love for Christ with others. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies through Moody Bible Institute online. In his free time, he can be found hanging out with friends, working out, or driving his moped around town.

Amber Jensema
Secretary, Treasurer, Children's Ministry Director
Amber joined the Gibbsville staff in 2021
Amber was born and raised right here in Gibbsville, WI. Other than moving away to explore the northland of Superior, WI for 5 years, she has lived in Sheboygan County her whole life. Her love for getting children excited about the Word of God was instilled in her heart while growing up and watching her dad teach Sunday School. Amber officially joined the staff after volunteering for many years in the children's ministry. She married her wonderful husband, Chad, whom she met at Gibbsville church, and they have 3 kids (Adrianna, Makenna and Camden). When not hanging out with the kids at church, you can find her at the gymnastics gym, dance studio, or any sporting event that her children are in.

Cindy Walvoord
Assistant Secretary
Cindy joined the Gibbsville staff in May of 2023
Cindy was born and raised in the Oostburg/Cedar Grove area and joined Gibbsville Church shortly after marrying her husband, Kevin. Together, they raised two remarkable children and now find immense joy with their two beautiful granddaughters. Embarking on a new chapter, Cindy transitioned to her role as Assistant Secretary after retiring from a nearly 40-year career in the banking industry. Her favorite pass times include spending time with family, taking leisurely walks, solving puzzles, and reading.

Paul & Mary joined the staff at Gibbsville in 2021
Paul and Mary were born and raised in Wisconsin and came to saving faith in Christ in their teens (Mary) and twenties (Paul). They met in a Christian Band in Watertown, WI, married, and raised four dynamic daughters (Hannah, Sarah, Leah, Rebekah). They came to Gibbsville Church and love the rich heritage of faith they've experienced here. Jesus and music are the major passions for them, along with encouraging the Body of Christ in worship. They also enjoy long walks on a short beach (we're getting older), laughter, good books and pizza.

Kim Simmelink
Media Director
Kim joined the Gibbsville staff in January of 2018
Kim was born in Oostburg, then traveled the world first with his parents who were missionaries, then during his time in the US Air Force. During one of his short stops back in Oostburg, he married his best friend and High School sweetheart, Pam, who cured him of his wandering ways. He has two grown sons, and six lively grandchildren who are the apple of his eye. He has been on staff at Gibbsville helping with the technology needs throughout the church. In his free time he likes to read, write, and spend time with his grandchildren.

Ben Clemens
Groundskeeper
Ben joined the Gibbsville staff in January of 2016
Ben was born and raised here in Wisconsin. He married his wife, Katie, and joined Gibbsville church shortly after. They have 3 energetic boys; Ty, Lane, and Trig. Ben has been working as the groundskeeper for Gibbsville church since 2016. He works for the USPS in Falls, and has also started up his own Lego business. Being a busy father of 3 doesn't leave much time for hobbies, but he does enjoy playing and watching football with his boys, camping with the family, and playing games.
