Gideon's of Sheboygan

Working to put God's Word into the hands of everyone
The Gideons International is the result of a meeting between two men who wished to band commercial travelers together for evangelism. What began in 1908 as an Association of Christian businessmen placing Bibles in hotel rooms has evolved into an expanding mission to provide Scriptures to all people in nearly every facet of life. Today, we have taken more than 2 billion Scriptures in more than 95 languages to 200 countries, territories, and possessions across the globe.
We exist as an advocate for the lost, to bring them the saving knowledge of the Word through not only placing and distributing Scriptures, but also through personal witnessing and by associating together for service. As a united force for the Gospel, we remain rooted in tradition, but we operate under the firm belief that anyone can be a valuable asset to this invaluable cause. We provide many opportunities to partner with us through either prayer or financial support. Join us, and let's spread the Good News.

Remember Nhu

Working to end child sex slavery through prevention
In countries around the world today it has become culturally acceptable for families to sell their children when ends don’t meet. Child sex slavery has sadly become a massive industry in which 1.2 million children are being sold globally each year. Due to the high death rate in the sex trade (3 years or less), there is an increasing demand for more and more child workers.
Remember Nhu is a movement of people who dream of a better world. We believe that children have an inalienable right to grow up happy and healthy, and the idea that any child should be victimized in this way is appalling to all of us. Consider the following question: If you had the opportunity to identify a child who is at risk of being sold, prevent that from happening, and protect the child from ever entering the sex trade—would you do it?
That is exactly why Remember Nhu exists. We are a non-profit committed to ending child sex slavery through prevention. We identify those children who are at risk of falling prey to the sex trade and provide them with a home in which their physical, educational, emotional and spiritual needs are met. By creating a supportive environment for each of these children, we are ensuring a childhood free from sex slavery and also dramatically lowering their risk of joining the sex trade later in life.

Samaritan's Hand

Drug & Alcohol Addiction Treatment Center
Samaritan’s Hand, Inc. is a grassroots mission that was organized by the Samaritan’s Hand Inc. director, Kully Kollath. From early on in his youth, Kully got lost in drugs & alcohol & it didn’t take long for it to become a slippery slope of full blown addiction. After many trials he faced, dangerous situations & near death, Kully found sobriety, but it was just that. Plain, nothing special sobriety. He began his studies to become an AODA counselor while also sponsoring others along the way & at times even sitting with them while they detoxed. Many years later, faith was introduced to him & then the light bulb clicked on. While he knew about God, he thought his sins were too much to be forgiven. He was then told about Jesus, being saved & then he knew he was a new creation in Christ. It was then that he knew he had to tell others like him about this news. Samaritan’s Hand, Inc was born & this is now his passion!
Samaritan’s Hand, Inc is solely based on faith & Jesus’s love. We pray for those in need, we give clients bibles if needed, we teach forgiveness, love & mercy. Our hope is that we reunite families, get individuals back in the work force & make them want to be important individuals in our community! Our counselors’ passion for people’s healing & Jesus is unmistakable & we take being clean seriously.
Samaritan’s Hand believes that with a Christ-centered approach, our clients can find mental, physical, emotional and spiritual healing to achieve the full recovery process.
